Portico Design and Build is a construction company that specialises in domestic and commercial building projects. We are locally based in North London, where the Directors and Management Team were born and grew up together in Muswell Hill! This gives us an affinity with the properties in the local area, which is where our passion for enhancing the aesthetic of it's buildings and the quality of the lives of it's inhabitants derives from. Our unique and long standing relationships with leading professional construction industry firms and suppliers, allows us to offer our clients the very best customer experience and value for money in the business.
We believe that delivering a personal service to our clients is paramount, this is what allows us to enjoy continued referrals from previous clients. We like to build a good rapport from the outset and ensure that you are involved in EVERY decision that is made along the journey of the project. A high proportion of our work comes from word of mouth and referrals (approximately 88% last year!), so we always strive to give our clients what we believe to be the best possible aftercare around. As much as we would all like it not to be the case, sometimes construction can be problematic and issues will certainly arise along the way, but our ability to guide you through these and overcome them together is what sets us apart from the rest.
