Muswell Hill, N10 – Summer 2020
We were instructed to carryout the works on this beautiful large typically Edwardian N10 first floor flat in summer 2020. Working with an existing Architect, we added a second floor in the roof space to significantly increase the overall square footage, whilst also future proofing the space to allow for a second kitchen, should the client decide to split the property into separate dwellings in the future.
The project was littered with high end finishing products and features that complimented the modern, sleek design perfectly. No expense was spared when choosing items like tiles, bathroom suites, and glazing. With a newly designed motorised, wireless, rain sensing skylight that flooded the living space with natural light from above. A quant, rear balcony was added for additional outside space, along with an amazing set of bi-folding windows complete with a toughened glass Juliet balcony.
Carefully thought out accent lighting accompanied with the crisp white décor and new handmade double glazed sash bay windows, really enhanced the feeling of space in the property and as a result, a truly dreamy ambience was achieved throughout.
