Whitehall Park, N19 – Spring 2020

Set a top a hill approaching Highgate Village from Crouch End, this was an amazing project to be a part of. Meticulous planning went in to producing a beautiful blend of modern glazing and traditional furnishings. We conducted a total refurbishment of this property and added a large loft conversion, with a state of the art roof window/motorised balcony, perfect to enjoy the amazing views over the City of London on a summers evening.

On the ground floor, the ever popular Crittle doors were installed to give a touch of class to the space and allow light to project through the whole of the ground floor via cleverly positioned Crittle internal door partitions. Major structural work was done on most floors and an array of steel beams of all shapes and sizes to ensure that the structure was safe, a huge chimney breast was also removed internally from all floors to give maximum wall space in the rooms.

Carefully planned wardrobe space was created and a modern, simple en-suite bathroom with high end fittings. On the top floor, the loft was converted to make way for a massive room comprising of a large bedroom with en-suite.
